Gypsy Curse Effect Seven ancient playing cards are shown to be six black spot cards and one King of Diamonds. The original proprietor of this game of chance at an old, county fair divides the seven cards into two groups and asks the spectators to wager as to which group contains the Diamond. An elderly Gypsy woman, having wagered and lost, placed a curse upon the man and his game. When the proprietor next attempts to operate his game, he finds to his dismay that all the cards are winners! Color Changing Chips Effect: A black and white chip are shown, one in each hand. The magician closes his fists around the chips and when his hands are reopened, the chips have changed places!

The specators are underwhelmed when they discover that the chips are simply double-sided: black on one surface and white on the other. Turning the chips over in the magician's hand makes the "magic" happen.

Now the real magic begins. As the magician explains the double-sided nature of the chips, suddenly, from nowhere, one side of one chip turns blue! Then another side is shown - to be green! Finally, to bring the trick to an astonishing close, the remaining two sides are show to be different, as well: one is red and the other is yellow! Everything may now be examined.
